What is an agentic flow, and how is it different from an AI agent?
An AI agent usually does one task, such as drafting an RFP or summarizing a PO, and hands the rest back to a person. An agentic flow completes a whole job, such as running a sourcing event or negotiating and awarding tail spend, with policy, approvals and an audit trail applied at every step.

Do we have to adopt every flow at once?
No. Most teams start with one flow, such as Merlin Intake for requests or the Autonomous Negotiation Agent for tail spend, prove the value and then add flows. Each new flow joins the same platform, data core and governance, so nothing has to be rebuilt.
