Spend Data Audit (SDA)
SDA is a detailed audit to assess spend data quality to identify areas of improvement, which can help you extract additional ROI from your existing Data Warehouse and Analytics investments.

How does it work?
Zycus consultants will work with you to profile a representative sample set of spend data. They will use Zycus’ AutoClass to reclassify that data set and create a “before and after” scenario by highlighting the issues of inaccuracy, consistency and lack of granularity of spend data. Zycus will also provide sample spend reports to create a business case for “Spend Data Quality Improvement Program”.

SDA helps to:

• Get a summary insight into spend analysis processes, systems and issues
• Use the report and its recommendations as a roadmap for spend analysis initiatives
