Job Description |
- Maintain Desktops and Servers.
- Maintain Email server and central storage server using ADS.
- Maintain and track inventory of all IT infrastructures.
- Ensure responses within SLA’s to SRS filed by end users.
- Follow laid down processes, update weekly status and ensure to have weekly one on one with Manager.
- Analyze root cause for repetitive issues and identify and implement permanent solution.
- Ensure that the server, desktop, firewall and ADS setup is as per the defined ISMS procedures.
- Maintain the network diagram on the monthly basis.
- Ensure back up of identified servers and desktops is done.
- Monitor server logs.
