  • Proposal Completion
  • Evaluate customer requirements.
  • Define solution architecture & fit-in
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams (IT/ Operations/ Sales / Accounts etc) to gather inputs for RFP response
  • Business case building (SDA – spend data audit & ODA- opportunity data assessment) /& proof of concepts

Customer Satisfaction Manager

Job Specification

  • Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from existing client base.
  • Work closely with Delivery team to track major project milestones.
  • Probe and understand client requirements
  • Negotiate Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Translate client requirements for internal teams
  • Build relationship with customer
  • Manage & negotiate change requests from customer
  • Meet and exceed customers expectation to create customer delight
  • Coordinate with third party System Integrators to design a complete solution
  • Verification of the deliveries to the end customer Experience: 6 12 years of experience with exposure to handling US or Europe customers for up sell and for program management (issue resolution, escalations, business analysis etc).
