Job Description

    • Should have an experience in sales, business development of Enterprise solutions and understand the industry very well at a global scale.
    • Would handle Business partnering and partnership Alliances for Europe.
    • Clear understanding of the capabilities of  Enterprise Solution.
    • A street smart attitude, with the ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and converting sales pitches into business. 
    • A track of developing long term accounts for the company working for currently. 
    • Consultative approached to account management. 
    • Strong teamwork skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Target oriented & Aggressive.

Position Title

Regional Sales Manager (Benelux)

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible to develop and close new business in Fortune 1000/2000 companies ($500Mn to $2Bn in revenue in UK, Scandinavia and Benelux regions of Europe

  • Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives of $2.0 Mn (achieved through 8-10 New Logos)
  • Maximize all sales opportunities to increase deal size.
  • Penetrate new accounts calling on senior-level executives.
  • Forecast accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
  • Work with an Inside sales team to maximize penetration into territory.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive positioning of Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
  • Work with Zycus partners/ resellers for joint sales pitches through our business development teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience along with a strong history of quota attainment required
  • The position will require at least 50% travel.

Reporting to

VP - Sales

Experience

  • Ability to sell high volume deals in a SaaS application environment
  • Consultative selling approach for business applications to purchasing professionals (3-6 month sales cycle)
  • Ability to drive value proposition to senior-level & business and technical buyers from the purchasing dept of Medium to Large enterprises (Revenue $500Mn to $2Bn)
  • Work with pre-sales, marketing, business development and legal teams to coordinate relevant resources during the sales cycle.
  • Self motivated, self starter that has ability to creatively think and get deals done.
  • The candidate should have a background in selling business services or SaaS applications

Education

Any Bachelor degree. MBA a plus
