Job Description |
- Providing, managing and maintenance of communication facilities to internal customers.
- Deal with vendors to ensure the purchase of items at best quote.
- Maintaining a stock of stationary items in the store.
- Efficiently managing petty cash.
- Effectively and efficiently responding to the FRS.
- Processing of bill/vouchers.
- Maintenance of company assets, periodic house keeping.
- Deriving periodic data from the Swipe Card System and collaborating with the other departments on queries asked by them.
- Effectively handling travel arrangements for India and US offices.
- Implementing travel policy and related matters.
- Coordinating for hotel bookings, conference bookings for internal conferences.
